In a previous post I shared the reasons why SmugMug is my choice to host online photos. For my 51st birthday (today - May 15), I was going through some family photo albums - scanning some pics and uploading them to my SmugMug gallery for safe keeping and sharing with friends. I used, for the first time, some cool options to share my SmugMug gallery... Here is the 'Badge' - this is an widget that you can embed on your webpage or blog (as I did here). This is accessed while you are in any gallery - click on the 'Share' tab and then select 'Show Off' (under Owners Only). Then you can adjust the badge options by clicking on the 'Configure Options' button.
Here is the other option available under 'Show Off' called a Slide Show
(hover your cursor over the large pic and you access buttons to manually pause and advance/rewind slides. You can also adjust the speed of the slide show in the upper right corner)
