Viacom vs. YouTube: A Court Case For the 21st Century

There are some very interesting arguments and conversations being brought up today -- in court!  In the Southern District Court of New York --   was revealed that Viacom (that giant cable TV company) has filed a lawsuit against YouTube (that giant internet TV company).

"Viacom and plaintiffs claim that YouTube doesn't do enough to keep their copyrighted material off the site."

This is liable to be a very interesting case, and one that can hold a light to the future of internet delivered mass media, the democratization of media/video and other 21st Century Issues.
