What the heck is a blog... and how can I interact with a blogger?

Since I started blogging more than a month ago, I have found friends and colleagues who have a lot of questions about Blogs.  I gathered their questions and put together a short video to provide an introduction to blogs, from the viewers ore readers perspective.
